As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and another Assistant Restaurant Manager, gaining experience in all aspects of running a busy successful venue. This includes team leadership, customer service, stock control, and operational efficiency. You will also have the chance to assist in managing events held at the restaurant, making experience in this area valuable.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations
- Assist in leading and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Apply key business areas such as stock control, ordering, and cost management
- Handle customer queries and contribute to resolving issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Gain experience in staff training and development
- Assist with opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring a seamless experience for guests
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for hospitality and a desire to develop leadership skills
- Experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Management or a Food Hygiene Certificate
