Chef de Partie Required for Country Pub / Inn near Worcester, Live-in available

KSB Recruitment are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work in a lovely country inn location situated in the heart of the Worcestershire countryside.  This lovely historic pub offers a range of meals including modern British mains, Sunday roast and steaks as well as early breakfast.  Being an Inn, they also have 5 ensuite bedrooms for customers which includes breakfast as well as a large outdoor dining area to enjoy a meal or drink in the warmer months. This is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to develop their career and work alongside a motivated team of chefs.

The Role:

• Working with fresh and locally sourced ingredients
• Producing high standard food 
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen 
• Able to cook food in a timely manner whilst maintaining a high standard of food
• Be able to slightly modify recipes to meet the customers’ requirements
• Able to prepare food with little supervision
• Able to prepare a high volume of food
• Communication with FOH team is at its very best all the time

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Excellent time management skills
• Willing to work well as a team
• Have an enthusiastic and positive attitude towards work
• Ideally need to have a car due to location
• Passionate about food, people and pubs

Benefits:

• Salary £28,000 - £30,000 
• Grats could total around £3500 per year
• Yearly bonus of 25% of profit split between the team
