Chef De Partie Needed- Little experience required as full training will be given

KSB Recruitment are in need of a Chef de Partie to work for a modern Japanese-Pan sushi restaurant on behalf of our clients. This position is perfect for someone to improve their kitchen skills and learn on the job. Furthermore, you are guaranteed to not work Tuesdays and Wednesdays which makes this role ideal for someone looking for flexibility.

The Role:

• Working with brightly-coloured, fresh ingredients to create tasty food
• You will be trained on the job to improve your kitchen skills
• Produce high standard fresh food 
• All food is prepared and cooked onsite
• Be able to slightly modify recipes to meet the customers requirements
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen
• Able to cook food in a timely manner whilst maintaining a high standard of food

Requirements:

• Some experience working in a kitchen 
• Excellent time management skills
• Be willing to learn new skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
