This busy restaurant is open 7 days a week and is particularly busy during holidays and sunny days. Offering a range of hot and cold lunches all prepared daily and carefully selected local seasonal daily specials. Pride themselves on producing a menu that is wholesome, fresh, and full of flavour. The Role:

• Working in a timely manner whilst maintaining the high-end food standard
• To assist in the smooth running of the Kitchen service
• Able to modify dishes to meet customers' dietary requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen
