The role will be reporting to and supporting the General Manager. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in management.

The role:

• Supporting the General Manager
• Overlooking the operation on shift
• Managing the team
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Ensure all customers are at the heart of everything you do
• Will hold good problem-solving skills and be able to multi-task, with the ability to work well under pressure in a calm and professional manner

• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Be approachable for both guests and colleagues alike
• Excellent time management skills
• Have the confidence to take charge of the team and events
• Willing to work well as part of a team
• Be prepared to work in a fast passed environment
