The Pub offers a great service where the guest always comes first and the standards are set high. This is the perfect opportunity for a General Manager looking to work for a popular gastropub that serves great food and has a lively atmosphere all week! You will ideally take a hands-on approach and have a great understanding of targets and results whilst bringing creative flair to the team.
The Role:
- Work closely with the Assistant Managers in this busy establishment
- Be able to deliver exceptional service to all guests
- Achieve consistently high standards
- Ensure all customers are at the heart of everything you do
- Be able to run service in a fast-paced environment
- To continue to develop an effective, cohesive & competent team
- Ensure all health and safety standards are met
- Always but the guest first
Requirements:
- Previous experience running a gastropub
- Good understanding of stock and P&L management
- Able to suggest new ideas
- Be a hands-on, independent worker
- Able to manage a team with great leadership skills
- Great at building teams and structure
- Passionate about food and drink
- Able to maintain high standards
