KSB Recruitment are looking for a General Manager to work in a large hotel within a vibrant coastal town. This is an excellent opportunity for a first time General Manager or one looking to build on their experience. This is an opportunity not to be missed!
The Role:
- Be able to deliver exceptional service to all guests
- Achieve consistent high standards
- Ensure all customers are at the heart of everything you do
- Full responsibility over the operational and financial performance
- To continue to develop an effective, cohesive & competent team.
- Ensure all health and safety standards are met
- Hands on manager leading from the front
- Lead the business to meet and/or exceed financial targets and profitability
- You will oversee all areas of the business and create an exceptional experience for the guests and the team.
Requirements:
- Genuine leadership ability
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Have a professional manner and attitude
- Good understanding of stock and P&L management
- Great at building teams and structure
