General Manager required for a modern, family-friendly Pub Restaurant in Leamington Spa - £30,000- £35,000 Salary

KSB Recruitment are looking for a motivated General Manager to work in a busy Pub Restaurant in the heart of Leamington Spa. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with previous management skills to take on a new challenge and start a new career venture. The venue offers a tasty food and drinks menu and has a great lively atmosphere all week! You will ideally have a balanced background of understanding the corporate world of targets and results, whilst having experience of the independent world that means being entrepreneurial and creative with driving sales and people engagement, whilst being hands-on in every part of the business.

The Role:

• Work closely with the Assistant Managers in this busy establishment
• Be able to deliver exceptional service to all guest
• Achieve consistent high standards
• Ensure all customers are at the heart of everything you do
• Be able to run service in a fast paced environment
• To continue to develop an effective, cohesive & competent team.
• Ensure all health and safety standards are met

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a General Manager or similar role
• Passionate about food and drink 
• Have a professional manner and attitude 
• Good understanding of stock and P&L management 
• Great at building teams and structure
• Able to lead a team with great leadership skills
