You will be working in a fast passed environment and be able to deliver excellent customer service in a limited time frame. Serving a range of different foods and flavours from around the world! The Role:

• Work closely and develop your management team
• Previous experience in new openings would be an advantage

• Be able to deliver exceptional service to all guest

• Ensure all customers are at the heart of everything you do
• Be able to run service in a fast-paced environment
• To continue to develop an effective, cohesive & competent team.
• Ensure all health and safety standards are met

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a General Manager or similar role ideally branded or casual dining operation
• Passionate about food and drink
• Have a professional manner and attitude
• Good understanding of stock
• Great at building teams and structure
• Able to lead a team with great leadership skills
