Grill Chef/ Chef de Partie 

KSB Recruitment are in need of a Grill Chef to work at a beautiful Gastro Pub on the edges of the Lake District on behalf of our client. This is the perfect opportunity to work along an amazing head chef and kitchen team cooking with fresh ingredients and locally sourced produce. This position also offers live-in accommodation and a great salary!

The Role:

• Cook fresh food at a high standard
• Experience in working with fresh food
• Able to cook food in a timely manner but maintain the standard
• Slightly modify recipes to meet the customers requirements
• Ensure the food is fresh before cooking
• Make certain compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen

Requirements:

• Experience working in a kitchen
• Able to work independently
• Excellent time management abilities
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
• An awareness of special dietary requirements
