Head Chef - Full-Time Job - Immediate Start

We have an exciting Head Chef position based in Leamington Spa.

KSB Recruitment is recruiting a Head Chef for this charming country pub. Attracting people from the local community, this is very much a family-orientated pub serving fresh and seasonal pub food.

What we are looking for:

• Must be hands-on, passionate, and take great pride in food production.
• Able to manage and motivate own team
• Take responsibility for stock management.
• Be able to implement new menus.
• Cooking from fresh
• Training and develop our kitchen team whilst maintaining high levels of food safety standards

The Person:

Ideally a balanced background of understanding the corporate world of targets and results, whilst having experience of the independent world that means being entrepreneurial and creative with driving sales and people engagement, whilst being hands-on in every part of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sous chef looking for their first head chef position or an existing head chef looking for a new challenge.
