We are looking to recruit an experienced and talented Head Chef with preferably 3-4 years experience in a professional kitchen. Positioned in the heart of Lincoln City Centre, you will be passionate about food and producing exceptional dishes using fresh local ingredients. 

The Head Chef will receive an annual salary of £32,000. They will take control and be responsible for stock control and ordering, menu planning, staff training and progression, COSHH and ensuring that the highest possible levels of service are achieved at all times. You will be a natural-born leader to develop your kitchen brigade, being a great motivator and communicator

The Head Chef:

• Someone who has a genuine love & passion for fresh local ingredients
• Producing daily specials locally sourced food
• Planning menu development with seasonal ingredients

• Experienced in all aspects of financial control – forecasting, business planning, margin control, and budgeting
• Able to stay on top of current food safety and hygiene legislation
