We have an exciting Head Chef position based in a Wrexham Pub
KSB Recruitment is recruiting a Head Chef for this busy pub based in Wrexham. This welcoming and family friendly pub offers its customers pub classics menu, pizza kitchen, craft beers, large summer beer garden and a kids play area.
What we are looking for:
- Must be hands-on, passionate, and take great pride in food production.
- Able to manage and motivate own team
- Take responsibility for stock management.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Cooking from fresh
- Training and develop our kitchen team whilst maintaining high levels of food safety standards
The Person:
- Success in a pub/restaurant operation
- Enjoy being part of a close team that works hard together
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Previous Head or Sous Chef experience
- Ability to work with urgency under pressure and keeping the pace
