KSB Recruitment is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and support a dedicated team in maintaining high cleanliness and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the housekeeping team in the absence of the Head Housekeeper
- Create and manage staff rotas, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Organise and delegate tasks effectively among the team
- Oversee stock ordering for the department and conduct monthly stock checks
- Assist with daily cleaning and laundry duties as needed
- Perform room checks each afternoon to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Report and follow up on any maintenance issues
- Train and support housekeeping staff, ensuring high performance and development
- Conduct Health & Safety checks and training to maintain compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations in a hospitality setting
