Kitchen Manager required for lively and funky venue in Southampton
KSB Recruitment is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to work in a busy and stylish venue that has dining, drinking and dancing. Offering a range of spaces over several floors including a restaurant area, main bar, club room and a unique rooftop bar. The restaurant serves a range of favourites for lunch or dinner including burgers, salads and pizza.

The Role:
- Have the ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team
- Ensure all kitchen operations and activities are carried out to company policy standards
- Have overall responsibility for managing all aspects of the kitchen environment
- A solid understanding of food hygiene, health & safety, and all legal compliance
- Working to financial targets
- Recruitment of junior chefs
- Making sure staff trained in line with company procedures
- Must be hands-on, passionate, and take great pride in food production.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Excellent time management skills
- Have the confidence to take charge of the kitchen
- Willing to work well as part of a team
- Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
- Salary £28,500 - £30,000
