KSB Recruitment require a Kitchen Manager to monitor and report on the inventory, quality control and customer orders for a Dark Kitchen on behalf of our clients. The Role:
- Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
- Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
- Provide critical analysis and trending of significant stock adjustments and report to management on stock levels
- Manage schedules of employees, deliveries and shipments to optimize operations
- Analysis of daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages
- Evaluate deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures
- Monitoring demand and analyse data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs
- Develop business relationships with suppliers and clients
- Propose strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures to supply chain logistics
Requirements:
- Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and material flows
- Working knowledge of inventory management software
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
- Experience running kitchens/ restaurants
- Product and inventory management certification a plus
