KSB Recruitment are looking for an experienced Night Manager to work in a delightful Boutique hotel in the heart of Cheltenham. This neo-classical era hotel has a restaurant, tea rooms as well as a setting for weddings, corporate meetings and seminars.

The Role:

• Have the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Always exceed clients’ expectations
• Manage the smooth and efficient organisation of team responding quickly and effectively to guest expectations and customer needs
• Ensure all customers are at the heart of everything you do
• Will hold good problem-solving skills and be able to multi-task, with the ability to work well under pressure in a calm and professional manner

Requirements:

• Be approachable for both guests and colleagues alike
• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Excellent time management skills
• Have confidence to take charge of the team and events
• Willing to work well as part of a team
• Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to remain positive whilst working late hours
