What our ideal candidate will have:

• Significant experience as a Pastry Chef 
• Be creative and a real passion for working with pastry, bread, desserts, and chocolate
• Be hands-on, lead from the front team player with a can-do attitude
• Is up to date with currents trends and upcoming trends
• Well organised and can work to deadlines
• Experience managing staff, stock costings, and maintaining the highest standards
• Able to work on own initiative but can also be a team player
