KSB Recruitment are looking for Chefs of all levels varying from Chef de Parties to Head Chefs to fill numerous jobs roles across the UK. The Role:

• Hands on management and preparation within the kitchens with assistance from all Chefs.
• Working with different kitchen and food styles such as buffet style restaurants, traditional pub style, flame grilled BBQ, Italian and our fish restaurant.
• Producing and preparing high quality food
• Ensure the smooth day to day operation of the Kitchen.
• Work in compliance to a safe working environment by complying with current legislation with regards to Food Hygiene Regulations, COSHH and HACCP
• Ensure Food Safety Documentation is maintained as per the company Food Safety Policy
• Being aware of allergy risks in prepared dishes including cross contamination and ensuring all are labelled correctly.
• Ensure stock rotation is controlled.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of the menus and ingredients within
• Able to modify dishes to meet customers dietary requirements

Requirements:

• Your own transport (Preferred but not essential)
• Reliability and Passionate about hospitality
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Level 2 food safety Certificate / NVQ Certificate or equivalent
• A positive 'Can Do Attitude'
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef
• A DBS Certificate (Preferred but not essential as we can apply for one)
