Hotel Revenue and Sales Manager- Solihull, Birmingham Salary £27,000

KSB Recruitment is looking for a Hotel Revenue Manager to work in a large independent hotel where you will be able to be creative with your strategy. This large 216-bedroomed hotel offers an a la carte restaurant, brasserie, lounge, and bar, as well as a leisure club that includes an indoor pool and hosting events such as weddings. This job role is perfect for someone looking for an adventure and somewhere new and exciting to work.

The Role:

• Review monthly management accounts
• Review Weekly bank and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Monthly cash flow forecasting and reporting;
• Review quarterly VAT returns
• Manage annual audit;
• Prepare monthly finance reporting packs
• Closely monitor costs and suggest cost-saving options
• Analyse data
• Manage the hotel revenue, working closely with the Hotel Managers to optimise revenue and sales
• Manage and develop the sales team

Requirements:

• Ideally qualified Accountant or worked in a similar role
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and a self-starter
• Hospitality experience
• Knowledge of Payroll
• Confident and positive attitude
