What we are looking for?

• Able to cook food in a timely manner whilst maintaining a high standard of food
• Be able to work under the highest of pressures delivering food to a high standard.
• Skilled in stock and food specs
• Overseeing/ supporting the Head Chef with their duties
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen 
• Able to cook food in a timely manner whilst maintaining a high standard of food
• Be able to slightly modify recipes to meet the customers’ requirements
• Able to prepare food with little supervision

Requirements:

• You must have an eye for quality, consistency, and be a good listener.
• You'll build good relationships with the front-of-house team to make sure our guests get exactly what they want, quickly.
• Previous experience working as a Sous Chef or an experienced Chef de Partie
• Excellent time management skills
• Willing to work well as a team
• Have an enthusiastic and positive attitude towards work
• Have the confidence to take charge of the kitchen when the Head Chef is unavailable 
• Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment
