Position: Sous Chef - Free Live-In Accommodation

Contract: Seasonal & Full Time

Salary: £1800 - £2200 per month depending on experience 

Transport: Help and support will be given to get you there
Living: Absolutely free accommodation, no utilities or council tax plus 3 meals a day
Working: days/hours: 40 hours

KSB Recruitment are looking for a Sous Chef to work in a stunning hotel on the beautiful Isles of Scilly. This job is ideal for someone looking for an adventure and somewhere new to work. It is the perfect opportunity for a Sous Chef to develop their skills whilst enjoying the beach front scenery!

The Role:

• Working with fresh ingredients to create tasty food
• Produce high quality food
• Be able to slightly modify recipes to meet the customers’ requirements
• Able to cook food in a timely manner whilst maintaining a high standard of food
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen 
• All food is prepared and cooked onsite

Requirements:

• Experience working in a kitchen and producing high standard food
• Excellent time management skills
• Be willing to learn new skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
