Assistant Manager – Premium Restaurant Lichfield

The Company – Our client is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to work alongside the General Manager to grow the business.

Ideally a balanced background of understanding the corporate world of targets and results, whilst having experience of the independent world that means being entrepreneurial and creative with driving sales and people engagement, whilst being hands-on in every part of the business.

The Role – As Assistant Manager you will be hands-on, and support the General Manager in this very busy establishment. You will have a huge say in how this operation is run. The ideal candidate will know what it means to deliver exceptional service, achieve consistently high standards, and ensure customers are at the heart of everything they do.

Essential Experience

·A Previous excellent track record in a restaurant & bar operation.

·Passionate about food and drink and delivering outstanding guest service

·Be fun, engaging, professional, and be mega organised

·Great at building teams and structure 

·Good understanding of Stock and P&L management
