Chef de Partie Required for Country Pub near Leamington Spa 4 days on 3 days off £27,000 - £28,000

KSB Recruitment are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work in a lovely country inn location situated in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside. On the site of a former coaching inn they offer fresh modern British food and a selection of steaks.  The pub has a private dinning space, beer garden, courtyard and can provide space for a variety of sized events and functions.  Part of a large group of pubs this is a great opportunity to develop your career and to improve their kitchen skills working alongside a motivated team of chefs.

Benefits:

• Salary £27,000 - £28,000 plus grats
• 4 days on and 3 days off work pattern

The Role:

• Working with fresh and locally sourced ingredients
• Producing high standard food 
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen 
• Cooking food in a timely manner whilst maintaining a high standard of food
• Modifying recipes to meet the customers’ requirements
• Preparing food with little supervision
• Preparing a high volume of food
• Communication with FOH team

What We'd Love You To Have:

• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Excellent time management skills
• Willing to work well as a team
• Have an enthusiastic and positive attitude towards work
