Chef de Partie required to support our client on their busy and well-known hotel within theme park

Pay: £13ph
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Full time

What will you be doing?

• Maintaining high standards of service at all times
• Role may vary day to day in different areas of the Hotels within the Theme Park
• Anticipate customers’ needs
• Work in compliance with a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality

• Managing and training any Demi-chef De Parties or Commis working with you

• Helping the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus

• Ensuring high standards of food hygiene

• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
