Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Chef to join our dynamic team of 5-8 chefs. This dual-role position so ideally we would require a Divers Licence. The role offers an excellent work-life balance with no late nights, working five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation: Prepare high-quality food for weddings, parties, and events according to menu specifications.
  • Transportation: Safely transport prepared food to various event locations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a small team of chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
  • Menu Development: Assist in the creation and improvement of menus to delight our clients.
  • Client Interaction: Occasionally interact with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a chef in a catering or high-end restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills with a passion for fresh, high-quality food.
  • Driving License: Valid driver's license and the ability to drive.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well within a small team.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
