Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes according to the menu and recipes provided by the Head Chef.
- Ensuring that all food produced is of the highest standard in terms of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain smooth and efficient operations during service.
- Contributing ideas for menu development and innovation, utilizing the best seasonal and local produce available.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar Chef de Partie role
- A passion for cooking and a keen interest in learning and developing new culinary skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications would be advantageous but not essential.
