Job Title: Senior Chef De Partie
Salary: £33k plus bonus 
Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Chef De Partie to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As a Senior Chef De Partie, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and elevating our standard of service and food quality across various operations within our catering department.


  • Assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes and standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Contribute to menu development, bringing creativity and innovation to our culinary offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including equipment maintenance and inventory management.
  • Assist in the management of food costs and wastage, striving for efficiency and profitability.


  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to work well within a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
