KSB recruitment are working with our client to find an experienced Chef de Partie for a contemporary and Stylish Hotel in central Worcester. With stunning 29 boutique-style rooms the hotel is located on the banks of the river Severn, right in the heart of historic Worcester. The hotel offers a fine dining restaurant, you must have experience working with fresh food, be used to a busy environment, and be an excellent team player
The Role:
- Preparing and cooking fresh, locally sourced food for ever-changing seasonal menus
- Produce high-standard food
- Be able to slightly modify recipes to meet customer requirements
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen
- Able to cook food in a timely manner whilst maintaining a high standard of food
- Cooking and preparing breakfast, brunch, lunch, and afternoon tea
Requirements:
- Experience working as a chef de partie
- Excellent time management skills
- Confident and positive attitude towards working
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Be willing to learn new skills
- Want to produce the best food in the area
