Renovated to perfection in 2014, we have created a welcoming space where both locals and visitors gather to enjoy exceptional food and live music. As a Chef De Partie at our establishment, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our exacting standards. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to our reputation for fresh, flavorful, and memorable food.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with our menu and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop and refine our menu.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with ordering and managing kitchen supplies.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Contribute to menu planning and innovation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role.
• Strong culinary skills and creativity.
• A passion for delivering high-quality, home-cooked food.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work weekends and evenings.
