Deputy Hotel Manger (circa £24-28K per annum)

KSB Recruitment are looking for a deputy hotel manager to work in a stylish 4 star hotel on behalf of our client. As the deputy hotel manager you will work as part of a hotel team running daily management of the entire hotel. This job is perfect for someone with hotel experience looking to expand their skills and work for an exciting company.

• 12 individual bedrooms full of character
• One of the finest hotel gardens in a quiet edge-of-town square

The Role:

• Daily management of the entire hotel operation
• Be able to order products and control the stock
• In absence of the hotel manager, you will be the point of contact
• Be in charge of the staff management
• Be able to to take charge or bar work and wait on guests 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry
• Great customer service skills
• Previous supervisory experience is essential
• Must have a fantastic attitude and work ethic where the guest comes first
• Be able to work in and lead a large team
