Food & Beverage Manager Central Wales

KSB Recruitment are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager for a vegetarian café based within a beautiful valley in Mid Wales.  The café offers a range of hot vegetarian meals, hot pastries and a salad menu. This large site offers training for students, trips for school children and fantastic days out with an adventure playground, quarry trail and much more. As part of an educational charity founded in a disused slate quarry this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves the outdoor lifestyle!
