Position: Food and Beverage Manager Location: Luxury Boutique Hotel, Lake District Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year

KSB Recruitment seeks a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our client's team at a top-rated boutique hotel in the picturesque Lake District. Our hotel has been recognised among the top 50 boutique hotels, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, room service, and events.
2. Ensure high service delivery standards, and maintain the hotel's reputation for excellence.
3. Managing and training staff to provide exceptional service, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
4. Develop and implement innovative menus and beverage offerings, tailored to the preferences of our discerning clientele.
5. Maintain inventory levels, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
6. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between food and beverage service.
7. Uphold health and safety standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in a minimum 3 rosette hotel to Michelin star establishment.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. A passion for hospitality and a dedication to delivering memorable guest experiences.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
7. Live-in accommodation is available close to the hotel, including a private flat with a bedroom, lounge, bathroom, and kitchen.
