Front Of House Host - Please read carefully below before applying
I have had a fantastic role. We are seeking an experienced and professional Host to join our team. You need to have a strong background in a high-end dining environment and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a 5-month contract starting August 2024 and finishing March 2025 and you will need to be consistently available during this period. Managing a lodge for guests from Royalty to CEO's of companies. This is a fantastic way of saving and earning a lot of money! A great package, with great tips, and free accommodation.
I'm looking for 3 Hosts
- You must have worked in a high-quality hotel or restaurant, and have a wide knowledge of what makes a fine dining experience.
- You must be able to live and work for the whole period in mid-wales August 2024 and finish in March 2025.
- Impeccable presented and takes pride in your appearance
- Strong Organisational and Multitasking Abilities
- You Will be working in Partnership with the chef.
- Due to the remote location ideally, you will be able to drive
- Have the right to work in the UK - No Sponsorship

The Hosts Responsibilities:
- Presentation and Hospitality: Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere ensures guests feel valued and comfortable throughout their stay.
- Beverage Service: A strong knowledge of beverages, including basic cocktail skills, and good wine knowledge that will enhance the overall dining experience.
- Dining Management: From breakfast setups to formal dinners, the host ensures seamless service and maintains the ambiance of the dining area.
- Attention to Cleanliness: Keeping communal areas pristine reflects the lodge's commitment to providing exceptional experiences.
- Problem-solving skills: Handling unforeseen circumstances professionally is crucial for maintaining guest satisfaction.
