General Manger - Salary £30k-£35k + Bonus

KSB Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic General Manager to work in a busy cocktail bar on behalf of our client. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with management experience to take on a new challenge and widen their horizons. This bar has a great atmosphere all week and offers great food and customer service to all guests. You will ideally have a balanced background of understanding the corporate world of targets and results, whilst having experience of the independent world that means being entrepreneurial and creative with driving sales and people engagement, whilst being hands-on in every part of the business.

 The Role:

• Work closely with the assistant manager in this busy establishment
• Be able to deliver exceptional service to all guests 
• You will have a huge say in how all operations are run
• Achieve consistent high standards
• Ensure all customers are at the heart of everything you do
• Be able to run service in a fast paced environment
• Monitoring standards of the food and drinks to ensure consistency

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality management 
• Passionate about food and drink 
• Have a professional manner and attitude 
• Good understanding of stock and P&L management 
• Great at building teams and structure
