Area Manager Multi-Site Operations Southern Counties Daytime only
KSB Recruitment is recruiting an Area Manager for a multi-site operation for a group of family-friendly restaurants / cafés based within beautiful woodland settings in Gloucestershire, Buckinghamshire, Kent, and Surrey. These busy restaurants are open 7 days a week and are particularly busy during holidays and sunny days. Offering a range of hot and cold lunches all prepared daily and carefully selected local seasonal daily specials. Pride themselves on producing a menu that is wholesome, fresh, and full of flavor. This is a fantastic opportunity and one not to be missed!
What we are looking for:
- Recruitment, training, and development of staff and management
- Monitor staff rotas and costs to ensure optimal staff levels are maintained at all times
- Knowledge and understanding of current Food and Health & Safety procedures
- Ensure all staff are trained in all health & safety and food hygiene regulations
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with our clients
- To make sure that the day-to-day operation runs smoothly
- To ensure the customer's experience is maintained at all times
- Supporting and managing the performance of the teams through ongoing evaluations, listening, training and mentoring
- Regular communication with senior management and directors
Requirements:
- Experience essential within a multi-site operation
- Clean driving licence
- Excellent people management skills
- Strong strategic planning and organisational skills
- Ability to contribute to change and continuous improvement
- Strong financial acumen and be able to execute on sales and budgets
