Head Chef Required for Hotel & Restaurant in the heart of Wiltshire - Live-in available if required

KSB Recruitment is looking for an experienced Head Chef to work in a beautiful village pub located in the Wiltshire countryside. They serve a range of fresh food including British classics, Sunday roast as well as a lighter lunch menu and takeaways.  There is a large beer garden to enjoy the warmer weather and cozy open fires for the colder months.  You will be working alongside a motivated kitchen team and serving great food that caters to everyone. This role is perfect for a Head Chef looking to take on a new opportunity.

The Role:

• Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure all food production is to a high standard
• Communication with the FOH team is at its very best all the time
• Check Food Stock levels are correct
• Able to modify dishes to meet guests' dietary requirements
• Cooking high-standard food for all guests
• Able to prepare a high volume of food
• Competent understanding of all regulations, food hygiene, and company specifications
• Be able to keep high standards at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Head Chef
• Plan and regularly review menus and update them as necessary
• Excellent time management skills
• Managing Stock control and Food GP
• Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work!

Benefits:

• Salary of £33,000 to £36,000 plus Grats
