The Role:
- Work closely with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure all food production is to a high standard
- Communication with the FOH team is at its very best all the time
- Check Food Stock levels are correct
- Lead your team to deliver a high standard
- Able to modify dishes to meet guest's dietary requirements
- Cooking high-standard food for all guests
- Able to prepare a high volume of food
- Competent understanding of all regulations, food hygiene, and company specifications
- Be able to keep the award-winning standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Head Chef
- Excellent time management skills
- Willing to work well as part of a team
- Someone who will invest in the ethos of fresh ingredients
- Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work!
