Head Chef - Full-Time Job - Immediate Start

KSB Recruitment is recruiting a Head Chef for a family friendly pub restaurant company. Attracting people from the local community, this is very much a stylish pub serving chicken, pork ribs and beef brisket all cooked in their rotisserie oven using their very own dry rub. 

What we are looking for:

• Must be hands-on, passionate, and take great pride in food production.
• Able to manage and motivate own team
• Take responsibility for stock management.
• Training and develop our kitchen team whilst maintaining high levels of food safety standards
• Working at a timely manner whilst maintaining the high end food standard
• Able to modify dishes to meet customers dietary requirements

Requirements:

• Excellent time management skills
• Have the confidence to take charge of the kitchen 
• Willing to work well as part of a team
• Be prepared to work in a fast paced environment

The Person:

Ideally a balanced background of understanding the corporate world of targets and results, whilst having experience of the independent world that means being entrepreneurial and creative with driving sales and people engagement, whilst being hands-on in every part of the business.
