The Role:
- Very hands-on so requires a passion for great food production
- Managing, recruiting, and motivating your own team
- Communication with the FOH team
- Input on new seasonal menus
- Working closely with Group Executive Head Chef
- Leading the kitchen brigade to follow
What We'd Love You To Have:
- Previous experience as a Head Chef in a similar quality environment
- Prefer a minimum 2 rosette experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Willing to work well as part of a team and develop other chefs
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work!
- Competent understanding of all regulations, food hygiene, and company specifications
