Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct the preparation and cooking of food.
• Develop diverse and innovative menu plans to attract and satisfy our varied membership.
• Ensure food quality aligns with the company's high standards and enhances our reputation.
• Maintain strict compliance with Health, Safety, Food Hygiene, and COSHH regulations.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Drive sales through strategic menu planning and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with preferred suppliers to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide high-quality service to our membership, exceeding their expectations.
• Benchmark our food service against premium establishments in the local area.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of menu planning, food presentation, and kitchen management.
• Strong understanding of Health, Safety, Food Hygiene, and COSHH regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
