Join our passionate, dynamic team! We are a large wedding venue business dedicated to providing exceptionally unforgettable experiences. Our commitment to excellence and attention to detail set us apart, we are looking for an Office Manager who shares this passion to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy office
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and initial Enquiries.
  • Assist with financial tasks, including invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain a high level of organization
  • Support event planning and coordination efforts as needed.
  • Implement and improve office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
  • Demonstrate excellent phone manners
  • Multitask effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles.
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
