 Recruitment Consultant, Perm Desk (Hospitality and Catering)

Location: Solihull - Shirley

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Management: Utilize your expertise in the hospitality and catering sector to attract and engage top talent. Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate skills and experience, and match them with suitable job opportunities within our client organizations.

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with existing and prospective clients in the hospitality and catering industry. Understand their staffing needs, provide strategic recruitment advice, and deliver customized solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Business Development: Take a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities within the hospitality and catering sector. Network effectively, pitch our services to potential clients, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth for the company.

  • Market Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and emerging talent in the hospitality and catering field. Leverage your knowledge to advise clients on recruitment strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Administration: Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately documented and tracked in our systems. Manage contract negotiations, offer processes, and other administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to bill and/or win business.
  • Quality-focused and target-driven.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a customer-centric approach.
