Position:

We are seeking confident and experienced operators to join our team. We encourage our manager to express their personalities in a pub and encourage them to participate fully in their thoughts and ideas. Our main aim is to run welcoming, cosy, and friendly pubs.

You will ideally have a balanced background of understanding the corporate world of targets and results while having experience in the independent world. This means being entrepreneurial and creative in driving sales and people engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer care.
• Manage daily operations of the kitchen and front of the house.
• Handle key performance indicators, including budgets, wastage, and GP’s.
• Drive business potential through advertising and promoting live music and events.
• Maintain high-quality control standards, hygiene, and health and safety.
• Lead by example and exhibit strong team leadership.

Ideal Candidates

• Previous experience managing a high-level food establishment, preferably a managed house.
• In an ideal world, one operator will be FOH and one BOH, however, if both are FOH that's fine as the pub has a head chef in place.
• Self-driven with a determination to maximise business potential.
• Hands-on approach with a great team leadership style.
