Restaurant Manager, Jersey, £37,200 per annum (inclusive of tips), Live-In accommodation available, 40 hours per week, day-time shifts only providing a great work-life balance

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Jersey. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of customer care and dining experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Care: Uphold and enhance the reputation of our restaurant by ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently met. Inspire and train restaurant staff to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

  • Collaboration with Head Chef: Work closely with the Head Chef to guarantee that all food served meets the highest standards in terms of taste, presentation, and content. Collaborate to maintain a seamless flow between the kitchen and dining area.

  • Staff Training: Take a hands-on approach to training and development, ensuring that all restaurant staff are well-equipped to provide outstanding service. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets the agreed-upon standards. Regularly assess and improve processes to enhance efficiency.

  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant. Manage resources effectively to meet customer demand during peak times.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


  • Competitive salary of £37,200 per annum (inclusive of tips).
