Job Description: As a Sous Chef with our growing pub company, you will play a crucial role in our culinary adventure. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and execute a creative and seasonal pub food menu.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
• Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive and efficient team.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Uphold health and safety standards in the kitchen.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
• Strong culinary and leadership skills.
• Understanding of corporate targets and results.
