Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of a high-volume dining venue, ensuring seamless service and brand consistency
- Deputise for the Food & Beverage Manager in their absence, maintaining leadership and decision-making authority
- Lead, motivate, and develop a professional front-of-house team
- Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to deliver memorable dining experiences
- Resolve guest issues promptly with empathy and professionalism
- Manage labour, stock, and costs to achieve commercial goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or assistant management experience within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality venue (luxury or high-end desirable)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
- Commercial awareness, including cost control and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest satisfaction
- A proactive approach with commitment to continuous improvement
