About the Role:
You’ll play an important part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the front of house while learning from experienced leadership. This role offers hands-on development, helping you build the skills and confidence to lead a team of 28 and move into a future management position.

Key Responsibilities:

Support senior management with daily restaurant operations.

Learn how to lead and motivate the front-of-house team.

Assist in staff recruitment, training, and onboarding.

Help manage stock levels and support cost control efforts.

Work closely with kitchen and service teams for seamless coordination.

Address customer feedback professionally and maintain service excellence.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory role (e.g. Supervisor, Senior Waiter/Waitress, Shift Leader).

A genuine passion for customer service.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and develop.
Working Hours:
40 hours per week with shifts typically from 08:30 to 16:30 or 13:30 to 23:00.
