Role: Chef De Partie

Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday)

Here at KSB, we are seeking skilled and motivated Chefs to join our team in Lincolnshire area. This exciting opportunity involves working on one of our Military Camps, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional food for a large number of people. As a Chef at KSB, you'll become part of a passionate and friendly team, operating in a supportive environment that values individuality and encourages professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to the provided menu and recipes.
• Ensure timely preparation of food, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Contribute to menu planning and development.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Work in compliance with a safe working environment by complying with current legislation with regard to Food Hygiene Regulations, Health & Safety, COSHH, and HACCP

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

Requirements:

• Driving licence with access to your own vehicle is important due to the location
• DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance is advantageous
