Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality dishes following set menus and standards.

Monitor and manage stock, ensuring food safety and compliance at all times.

Guide and support junior team members, promoting a collaborative and efficient workplace.

Assist the Head Chef in maintaining outstanding cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen.

Help ensure smooth service in a busy, secure environment.
Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie, preferably in contract catering.

Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

The ability to stay focused and organised in a high-pressure kitchen.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Real enthusiasm for cooking and delivering excellent food.
